I think she is inherently physically attractive, but whoever did her makeup, hair, and wardrobe did her an injustice.
That made her look like some ugly Cher wannabe or something like that, IMO.
Like Megan. Looks OK, but not spectacular. Then gets dressed up in very elegant clothes with a hairstyle and attitude that are deliberately ugly.
