Julian Assange just tweeted this. I’d say it is now undeniable that Julian Assange is either a big supporter of Q or is part of it.

CIA hackers used this gif animation to describe the nature of their secret project “Rainmaker” (link: https://wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/page_15728775.html) wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/pa…

That gif has been around since the early days of the Obama disaster.

wow you're right: @JulianAssange says, "CIA hackers used this gif animation to describe the nature of their secret project 'Rainmaker'"

When this was found yesterday I thought this was definitely it re "MAKE IT RAIN" - the coincidence was too much.

HOWEVER the link that some were making to Seth Rich having used Rainmaker to get the DNC e-mails seemed incorrect - that suggested SR was an agent and that he was working for the 'company' (some of have previously considered SR was working for the Russians, something else I've discounted).

With JA chiming in I now think the answer is - RAINMAKER is how @Snowden removed the data from no-such-agency!

This is also very interesting in light of JA getting diplomatic immunity and testifying before the military tribunal(s) - they're not just interested in DNC e-mails but as much or even more important is how + why @Snowden got everything from no-such-agency!

RAINMAKER is a program that was developed by the 'company' to take over 'winsvchost' on a laptop and then slowly, over time, download targeted data and place on a (one or more) USB for submission to his handlers.

"RainMaker v1.0 is a survey and file collection tool built for a FINO QRC operation. IOC/FINO is looking to expand asset-assisted operations. The intended CONOPS involves using an asset to gain access to a target network. The asset has the ability to plug in a personal thumbdrive to the network. In this scenario, the asset will have "downloaded" the portable version of VLC player (2.1.5) and will listen to music during work hours. While she is listening to music, the tool will execute the survey and a prioritized file collection. All collected data will be stored to the root of the removable media it is executing from. When the asset next meets with the case officer, the thumbdrive is retrieved and the collection is processed. The configuration of RainMaker allows to the user to split or combine the configuration and infection steps. This was done to allow for expansion in future efforts that may require a different infections step."

THIS IS HUGE! It also has implications with regards to Vault7 itself and why it was also (later?) provided to WikiLeaks - it was needed to disassemble what Snowden had obtained from outside the 'company'!
