Remember, in their culture sitting is a position of great power and respect. Notice how in the new picture NO ONE is sitting? This signifies no one in that room is in power in North Korea any longer.
The scowl on Kim’s face is misleading. It looks like he is the only person wearing handcuffs? yuk, yuk. I do think, pray the parade in November will be total victory celebration, and not just this new agreement.
