Reporter Jay Solomon (not the JS=John Solomon listed in the lexicon, but perhaps someone that Q was also referring to as JS) describes how he was investigating Obama's overtures to Iran, and meeting with sources.
And how he was outed by 'state actors' on the deep web, who hacked and revealed his otherwise-innocent emails, which were shared with his employer (the WSJ) and details his ultimate firing. He made errors in judgement, to be sure, but this seems to be the sort of thing that Q is talking about.
