They just weren't able or some such to follow-through with prosecution--probably due to forced handing it off to the FBI.

Yes, because again, whether the fbi controls the info, someone would’ve said something in the NYPD. I’m not buying it. Now it could be they had a picture of a woman doing bad things to a child and thought it looked like huma or Hillary, but if they saw her for sure, it’d be out a long time ago.
