A former NASCAR truck series driver was busted in Florida after being caught in a sting trying to meet with a 12-year-old girl for sex, authorities say.
Rick Crawford, 59, was charged with attempted enticement of a minor after speaking with an undercover Florida officer who pretended to be the girl’s father.

I gave up nascar when they stopped using ‘Stock Cars’. I even bought cars on the old ‘ race on Sunday … buy on Monday’ adage .

This person posted a story about a former NASCAR driver who was arrested for soliciting a minor, then expressed an opinion that he wishes he could change his NASCAR-themed username because of the subject matter.
No sane reading of this person’s writings could be construed as saying he either was the person in question, or condoned the action.

When the perp finds and grooms his (child) prey, he is never on a one-to-one basis with an other adult and never is subjected to the possible demands and adult partner might bring into the relationship and most of all, never has to fear being turned away because his partner has her own timetable for sexual needs.
The child is manipulated into pleasing her molester as most molesters use both positive and negative rewards but is mostly a passive aggressive with their prey and may be in fact passive in relationships with other adults but other adults usually have no problem ignoring the subtle demands or even petty emotional blackmail of the perp.
Since children have developed no skills with give and take in adult relationships, they are usually pretty malleable by the emotionally arrested adult who is grooming their victims into “pleasing them.”
This is why such people are really a scourge on society in general - they rob innocent children of their childhood and leave them emotionally defenseless.
They do not look or act to other adults or even to kids as “ bad people,” ogres who chase down innocent victims in dark alleys and beat them, torment and rape and even kill children.
These people are pointed to as evil beyond belief and hopefully repay their evil deeds with their own lives!
What does society do about the other kind of “evil,” which sadly isn’t always recognized as evil and far more dangerous? These monsters go through decades of abusing children stealing their innocence, trust and future of a normal loving physical relationship, for many times they lurk inside the homes of children or at least the extended family.
The adults fail to recognize the signs of children who are groomed by “daddy (usually step-daddy), step-grand dad, uncle, much older brother, close male neighbor, teacher, coach, scout leader,” now even “doctor.”
Sadly in some cases even innocent children are even blamed for “seducing” their adult abusers.
I have come to believe men (rarely women, but they still can be abusers of children) are never “cured” from their psychosis of desiring sexual domination of children and alarmingly in today’s world, there is a push to normalize sex between adults and children. Some sicko so-called “experts” and activists demand “rights of children,” which includes “right to experience sexual satisfaction!”
As sick and perverted as it is, the movement gains continued ground, especially among leftist intellectuals!
