Obama turned over [N][S][A] data to outside entities (contractors) and put John Podesta in charge of the process.

It helps us learn and expose more about HRC + Obama + Snowden, why + how he did what he did, the inter-agency squabble (WAR) between the 'company'and no-such-agency, the repeated selling out of our country by Sick Willy + HRC and how Obama (with Schmidt) came to build his master database that Maxine Waters alluded to - and the involvement of North Korea.
