If the cell phone is the medium of communication, then all you need to do is prevent the phone from communicating. Faraday shield. Or leave the danged phone at home.

They would be better going after cell phones.
I don’t really use my phone other than to make calls and texting. Have you ever seen these peeps on their phones, it’s like crack! I’ve seen people almost get killed cause they were on their phones. They drive like crap and don’t pay attention. I work construction and you need to keep your eyes and ears open to avoid danger. These Snowflakes will actually watch movies 40 ‘ in the air. I think the cell phones have a lot to do with it. Imho
