Hello there! So sorry to hear of your aches and pains.
Just recently, it’s the same here with shoulders and arms. Fortunately, the unpleasantness subsides allowing me to once again sleep on my side. Several days were very ‘iffy’ especially when reaching on an upper shelf in the kitchen cabinet. Just too painful. Ben Gay and friends were a big help.

Oh, I feel for you. It is so hard to deal with pain when trying to get things done.
This whole experience has really helped me realize that when things get bad I’m going to have to have some young strong healthy people in my group. A bunch of people with knowledge and experience is great, but not when all of us are between 50 and 70!
