Can't stockpile certain drugs

But you can keep ahead of your prescriptions. Refill as soon as your insurance will allow. If it lets you renew every 3 weeks rather than wait out the month, then by the third month, you've stored back a month of meds. Of course, use the old ones first.

I didn’t realize this was allowed, but my xiidra refill comes up every 24 days. I figured I would get two extra months a year out of it. The only reason I know this is the manufacturer sends me a text when I can get a refill. So now I’m going to suggest hubby tries it with his prescriptions. Just a few extra days a month will add up by the end of the year.
