FL37 is mighty high for any flight maneuvers whatsoever except for straight and level cruise.
It was keeping up with passenger jets and came within 10 miles to one of them.
It was heading south and made an abrupt turn and then traveled south.
Don’t know how it works, but odd it was not picked up by air traffic control.
