obviously this was simply a bathtub for Gods who had gigantic stature. The oval thingee is the tub’s stopper for draining out the water.

If the idea of the nearby pyramid being a water pump is true then it makes sense to have the bathtub there.

Must be refreshing after a long day in Egypt doing godlike things to have a nice relaxing bath.
