Skimming over the text, it looks like they played both sides of the fence at various times. I wonder, though, if this is actually of much consequence.

Two key take aways from RR press conference:
1. No Americans were found to be willingly cooperating with any of the indicted parties or schemes.
2. There is no finding that any of the activities had any influence on the outcome of the 2016 election.
But the media will go to town on all of the parts that mention the Trump campaign, and ignore the rest.
