Maybe pdeophilia _IS_ the keystone.
It’s what keeps all the members of the cult in line and keeps them silent through sexual exploitation, fear, and blackmail. An entire global industry with a pyramidal structure could have been built around that.
All for the benefit of the rich and powerful at the top who - for whatever reason - have come to believe that child sacrifices and other satanic-like rituals will keep them young and powerful (eg, “These people are sick”).
I’m re-reading some of the Q drops with that in mind and it seems to fit.
This is a distinct possibility.

Though 'These people are sick' is an inadequate explanation.
Possessed--literally--is another feature of their sorry lives.

Of all the philosophies, positions, political ideologies, theologies, market theories, social constructs, cultural beliefs, norms, paradigms, the one position upon which there is almost universal abhorrence is that of pedophilia. Perhaps you have struck the “tie that binds” this evil - its Keystone.
