Re nuke fuel quantity. I’m adding in the spent fuel pools. When FUkushima happened, our nuke agencies responded with their own research and determined that 75% of nuke plants in the US in 2011 had similar spent fuel pools suspended the same way as in Japan and requested funds for retrofit/safety. While they would have retrofitted by now, they still house spent fuel.

So was I... But, I'm glad you recognize the disastrous risk of concrete "swimming pools" full of spent fuel -- suspended in air, several floors above ground level!

That has to be one of the best examples of "plumb eat up with the dumb@$$" engineering (excuse my "Texian") in the history of mankind!!
