I’m correct in assuming that they will never stand trial, this is just a show, a farce isn’t it? They aren’t even in the USA to stand trial, and Putin would laugh his butt off if asked to send them over here?
I must say, that federal US behavior has been embarrassing as all hell as it pertains to Russia. We look like complete lunatics from the average Russian’s viewpoint.
I think it was Bannon that was duped by the fake IDs. That’s why he has been talking to Mueller. They probably showed him a bunch of evidence that shows he was working with Russians...so Bannon started talking. But he doesn’t have any real dirt on Trump unless he lies to save his own ass.
Mueller is dirty enough to say, “Yes we believe you didn’t know they were Russians. But it’s the jury that needs to believe you. And in the mean time you’ll be arrested, humiliated, and run the risk of serious jail time if the jury doesn’t believe you. Just tell us that Trump knew they were Russians and your legal problems go away.”
