Im guessing they are two of the other team members. Maybe extra character denotes that they are the "lead Q" at another site. a team distributed to different places, different command posts?
Somebody posted that “delta” was some type of designation for”terrorist” or “terrorist activity” or something related to terrorism. It makes sense because delta seems to be used around terrorist alert messages.
