Yup. Snowden is a CIA agent, always has been. His mission was to bring down the NSA, so that the CIA would not have the competition. Once in Russia, he "hacked" from there to ensure the election of HRC.
He would then have been allowed to go anywhere he wanted once Hillary won. And he would have gotten a big payoff.
Trump's winning the election spoiled everything.
