Its not really a pro-communist T-shirt - its more an image mocking communists. Shows “Communist Party” figures drinking out of Red Solo Cups.
It's a riff on the word "party", but I'm not certain it's intended as mockery. Could also be a way of making those musty old Communist guys look more cool. In the words of another t-shirt: "Come to the Dark Side - We Have Cookies!"
