The tipster should have claimed gender bias in trying to use the girls room bathroom. The feds would have been all over that.
I think the FBI will be dragged down into the dirt on this episode. This is one single episode that they could have prevented.
Supreme Court has already ruled on this multiple times. Law enforcement has NO DUTY to protect any specific individual. Or 17 individuals, in this case.
