The 19-year-old – who was travelling with her eight-month-old son Mason – said the woman started shouting and swearing after boarding the aircraft last.
She told the Daily Mail the unidentified woman “slammed” down her bags and starting ranting that it was “f***ing ridiculous” that she had to sit at the back of the plane.
Marissa claims she asked the irate passenger to mind her language around her son, but she ignored her.
When she asked again, the mum claims the woman told her to “shut the f*** up and shove it”.
A stewardess then came over to try and calm the situation, at which point the passenger started to complain about having to sit next to a “crying baby”.
The flight attendant can be heard in the clip offering to seat the woman on the following flight.
But the customer refuses, instead asking for the staff member’s name.
When she replies that she is called Tabitha, the woman can be heard saying: “Thank you Tabitha, you may not have a job, tomorrow.”
At this point the flight attendant turns to someone off-screen and says: “I want this lady off my flight.”
The angry passenger then suddenly changes her tune, apologising and begging to be allowed to stay on board.
But it did no good and she was reportedly forced to leave the plane,

I thought so as well. If I were a betting person, I would consider it a safe bet.
This kinda thing happened on I think my last flight aka mom w/ a kid and he was wired from land travel, I helped her try to deal with it. Turned the lemon into lemonade, mom’s need a break, I got big thank you.
The times I've been on a plane with a crying child, the person who I most sympathize with is the parent. No one feels worse about the situation. Besides being on the front lines of all the noise, the parent usually feels awful about everyone else's discomfort. The parent is probably the most miserable person on the plane.
The irate passenger’s biggest mistake came when she threatened the job of the Stewardess. “Well, Tabitha, you may not have a job tomorrow!”. Tabitha responded to a co-worker; “I want this woman off MY plane!”. And that was that!
She forgot, one NEVER issues direct threats to the well being of a Flight Attendant. Not even in a joking manner. The FA are in full control of who gets to ride
‘their’ plane unless the pilot decides to get involved, which is seldom. Doesn’t matter if you paid for a ticket or not.
I just had a foot surgery last week, and I never forgot that the nurses rule until the main surgeon enters the theater.
You have to go through them first to get to the Big Man.
That means answering all their repeated questions and tolerating (almost) all their repeated attempts to find the right veins for injection of anesthesia.
No one wants to sit next to a crying baby for hours, but decent people realize children cry and are part of this world....

I was doing a lot of business travel back in the 90s. One time on a return flight from NYC, I sat next to a pilot dead heading. We chatted for a few moments, then he put in his mini earpods (not that common back then), relaxed and zoned out the entire flight back.
The next day, I immediately went to Radio shack and got my own pair. Used them for years before just going full ear plugs. When Bose headphones became all the rage, I tried them but they don't really allow you to turn your head and sleep.

Some people complain that they leave a waxy residue, but it's easy to wash out. On the plus side, it blocks all noise by around 90%. I've sat next to babies screaming the whole flight. No biggie, if you've ever had children, you know the score. I just smile and zone.

Has the screaming, crying, irrational prejudiced baby (er, women) almost certainly had one (or more) abortions in her life? Which, if true, is a good thing: She did not breed more like her.
I have swapped seats to let families sit together, to let children “seat out the window”, to let families get an aisle seat for their convenience to the restroom.
Was on a 3-hour flight last year. Upon boarding I noted a woman with 3 children all under 3 in a 3-seat row with mom on the isle two rows in front of me. She was already looking stressed but the kids were behaving. Not a peep from them the whole flight. In fact I forgot about them until we landed and were delayed on the tarmac waiting for a gate. A flight attendant came on the loud speaker and announced, "Maam, the child has to be seated either in your lap or in a seat with a seat belt on." 15 seconds later, I heard the child puke, along with a very subtle murmur from the family's neighbors as folks started collecting things to begin the clean up effort. about 90 seconds after that, the smell had made it's way to my row. 3 minutes post vomit, gagging could be heard in front of me and behind me. A woman had moved to help the young mom and the flight attended again reminded everyone that they must remain seated during our delay. I started eyeballing the cockpit intently. This was about to get REALLY bad as the involuntary gagging was bound to escalate soon. I noticed the horror in another, younger flight attendants eyes in the front of the plane as it seemed she could now see how this was about to unfold. She tapped the other flight attendant, grabbed the phone and two flight attendants started toward the mother with napkins. It was too late. The carnage had begun. I don't know how many other people puked. But at least 3 more passengers unbuckled and jumped out of their seats. 30 seconds later, the plane engines roared to life and we were rolling toward a gate. There was no more talk of "keeping your seat belt buckled until we were safely at a gate and the Captain turns off the seat belt sign." I don't know how fast the plane was taxiing toward the gate in Dallas, but I think he may have been able to rotate if the flaps were in the right position. I have never seen a plane clear out so quickly either. The poor mom was still trying to clean up and sobbing. I felt so sorry for her. All I could do was say a prayer for her and her family.
Looks like the Woman got the last Seat.
She was offered a Seat on the next Flight and refused.
I guess she ended up on it anyway. LOL

A good thing the mother filmed the incident. For evidence. That grouchy old female may very well file a lawsuit against the airline - she’s the type.
The video is great insurance for the mother and the airline.
Good. The only thing missing from this story is that the hag is banned from all flights for the rest of her life.
People have completely lost the notion of how to be civil. We were at a restaurant the other day and some child who should have been a young man was mouthing obscenities without restraint or care. I asked him to at least tone it down in the presence of ladies and children. I got an earfull of course. Jerks, animals. Not fit to be in what is left of polite company.
They’ve lived in such a comfortable world and been told they should always feel good about themselves that it is:
* a personal affront if you disagree with them in any way
* a sin to ever make them feel bad
* an act of violence to tell them they’re wrong/bad/unwanted
* unacceptable to cater to every whim
I understand not wanting to sit by a young child if afraid they’ll be crying on the flight. And I’m a parent who has traveled with young children.
However, the adult throwing that fit because you don’t like the kid or the seat is WORSE than what you’re afraid the child will do.
That said, if the kid is running up and down the aisles, pulling hair, kicking seats, yes, you can complain. But the kid hasn’t DONE that.
The hag was not even in the seat next to the girl and baby! I’d love to see her drug off the airplane kicking and screaming then thrown down the stairs.

I "hired" a car in UK, once, that somebody had hurled in. It smelled too much like air freshener, when I got it. Unsuspecting, I accepted it and drove off. Next day ... hot and sunny (by UK standards) ... and it smelled like puke. Two iterations with Avis apologizing and promising that their latest chemical concoction had cleaned it up ... I demanded a different car. Next day, I finally got one.
