GIMP is free, checking it out, at least as bell/whistle as PS. I have a sis-in-law who’s slayed by memes so I’m memeing all her pets to cheer her up in a rough patch.
Wonder what’s going through Snowden’s head these days.
I downloaded GIMP on an old computer years ago (computer now bricked). I found it clunky and non-intuitive, but then, I am not a natural at software. Couldn’t get DH interested, just because of the clunk factor. He also uses PS Elements in the mix I listed.
I’m in awe of how he manages to keep up w/the controls on so many programs.
Sometimes free has a downside, but I know GIMP has a lot of fans.
