I don't know more than was on the video. Don't recall seeing his stuff before. He claimed his own sources, IIRC. It's 'merely' a puzzle piece from the net. Unless there are other confirmations--it may be nothing. On the other hand, it is not outside the realm of possibility. And it IS within the strategies evident toward such evil doers currently.

It MIGHT be an 'early warning clue' that such is falling more overtly into place.
