Well Dr Ben knew DJT from their relationship to the Thomas family and St Jude (DJT funded some of Dr Bens work)
Christy and Gingrich have known them for decades. GIngrich was close to Kasich. And so the relationships go. TRump beat the GOPEE using their own game It was a joy to watch and unfold.
The key word “FUN”. Everyone who knew him through the years used words like thoughtful, generous, kind or variations BUT they all used FUN
