Q keeps directing us to North Korea. What do we know about NK?

Some ideas. North Korea is a sovereign criminal state. Well, who are the counterparties to that. Who around the world wants to do illegal trade that requires the shipping capabilities of NK? Who are the international criminals that the criminal NK state is trading with.
