I believe the idea is that pharma was holding back cures that would have limited their business—and Trump was seeing to it that they got out for the good of the people.

Recently a drug that could cure the flu in 24 hours was announced, as well as a new strain of antibiotics that is effective against some stuff that is otherwise antibiotic resistent.

Q is further saying another such ‘advance’ will be announced soon.
