To: A strike

DOJ IG Michael Horowitz would be my guess. Or some Congressional committees looking at the same things. Either way no one who does know is talking.

The IG report is purely fact-finding as I understand it. I don’t know if the IG could grant any immunity or not. I would think immunity in exchange for cooperation with have to come from someone with senior prosecutorial power, such as Rosenstein, Mueller, or.... Sessions, ultimately. I don’t know how Priestap could ever be “singing like a canary” unless he has been granted immunity OR a deal for lesser sentencing.

Sundance/ConservativeTreeHouse has done great work assembling this, but I don’t know if there is any public “corroboration” yet.... I have not seen anything that could be called “corroboration” regarding Priestap cooperating. Suggestive nuggets, sure, but where is the actual evidence and corroboration?

The Department of Justice has an OPR (Office of Professional Responsibility) which would normally handle the Internal Affairs of the FBI.

This case seems just a bit too big for that office, but if you see the name Robin Ashton suddenly pop up in some of these stories, you'll know that it's being handled in-house.
