Have you heard Col. Fletcher Prouty? Worked with President Eisenhower and the CIA. Prouty says that Eisenhower wanted to end tensions with the Soviet Union while Allen Dulles wanted to keep the cold war going. The CIA arranged to have the damaged US spy plane fly over Russia where it would crash giving the United States a black eye and creating an international incident that continued the tensions between the two nations. The CIA does not want peace. It wants war and all the money that comes from war.
