Possibly. But I would put it in the doubtful category considering the Q posts. Q is clearly Taunting him and loving him in with John Brennan. He also mocks him as Mr. Contractor”. If Snowden was a good guy I don’t think Q would do that.
However, I don't assume that Q-Anon or Trump are perfect in their assessments of much of anything--just way above the other also-rans.
And, I don't know if this is one of those rare cases where Q-Anon is putting out misinformation, misdirection or whatever for unknown purposes.
