Exactly. Third-rate “artist” for sure.
I think this artist did a much better job of capturing the likeness of B Obama. Although the painting itself is ridiculous. I think the quality of Michelle’s painting is just awful, nor does it look anything like her.
The people looked like real people,no artistic gimmicks.
That’s it-——I just like realism.
Oh wow - I never saw the art they put up. No class at all. Now their choice of artists to paint themselves makes more sense!

Neither one is smiling or even close to appreciating the offices they held nor the country they were to serve. Heck BO has no tie at all.....and in a vine garden no less....it’s a horrible pointing...looks like a cartoon and so does hers.

They do this on purpose.....zero appreciation for the offices they held nor an understanding of our Historical WhiteHouse....they didn’t care then and they sure have just shown in these paintings they don’t now.
At least the artist had Chewbacca seated with a very full skirt surrounding her. That’s about the only way to camouflage Moochie’s giagantic wide load booty and her thunder thighs.
The Barack portrait looks a before picture for a laxative advertisement.

horrible portrait. It has no life. You can say a lot of things about Michelle Obama, but you cannot say that she ever sat still with a boring poker-player look on her face. She has an extremely expressive face and real portraitist would have captured something of that energy (while pretty-ing it up a bit).
They both look like cartoons at best........neither sMiling....just awful all around
