Out of curiosity, who is the guy in the picture?
He looks like Chamberlain from the Gettysburg movie, but I’m guessing that isn’t him.
From left to right, they are: the Honorable Joseph Holt, Judge advocate; General Robert S. Foster; Colonel H. L. Burnett, who assisted Judge Holt; and Colonel C. R. Clendenin.

Sitting on the left is Judge Holt. Sitting on the right is my great grandfather, Brig Gen Henry Lawrence Burnett. 2nd Ohio Cavalry, before joining the Judge Advocate Corp. A group of reenactors got in touch with me and took over the maintenance of his grave and put up an historical plaque there. Someone tracked me down just last week all excited because they’d bought his summer home. At one time a rock musician bought it and used to ride his motorcycle inside.
