A lot of these folks live in my neighborhood [NW DC]. You should see the local neighborhood blog - folks looking for help on how to connect the two wires on a doorbell button or fix a running toilet. Isn't that dumb stuff what we have illegal aliens to do. Remove cheap skilled labor and DC collapses from inbred incompetence.
We sure can't fix a pothole in a road here - any road.
Chicago public tried the pothole approach of naming them to shame the administration. I still remember a gigantic one named the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Memorial Pothole.
