“ET” tech that involves a wand sort of tool that when touched to a person’s body can more or less instantly cure anything.

DARPA sits on “disruptive technology”. Think how disruptive this sort of cure-all would be: health industries; population numbers; the ripple effect would be seismic.
Trump alluded to release of this tech early in the campaign. DARPA would be under DoD? One Department I think Trump controls.
Price of meds and “Right to Try’ might be first steps in release. This sort of thing is explosive....no one would want to wait for a cure if it was there.
And this is just medicine. I think we have other tech: anti-gravity, perhaps...things I can’t even imagine, not being any sort of gear head. Weapons, for sure. Invisibility? Quantum entanglement leading to.....(fill in sci-fi sorts of systems).
Aliens or inter-dimensional beings or human genius....who knows? I see tantalizing hints of all of the above in science articles, all claiming ‘early experiments’. What if they aren’t early experiments? What if that is a way to gently broach possibilities?

The critters have evidently convinced the oligarchy that they MUST reduce the population to 500 million globally:
1. To maintain power and control.
2. To prevent the death of humanity totally and earth becoming a polluted dead zone.
They have the power and money to remove pollution totally from the planet--more than sufficient tech to do that.
They have the power and money to end poverty forever and even run an earth pollution free population of 25 billion or more. But it would be hazardous to their grip on power.
