Thorough disgust. Spent too much time in Art History class on symbolism of Bosch and Bruegel. They weren’t THAT bad.
The hands are interesting, too - quite reptilian and others believe there is a sixth finger depicted on the left hand (pinky hiding behind + underneath) - and, yes, somebody asked + noted above, his muslim ring remains up front.
