In the above Q post, the Corona seems to be a reference to the Corona recon satellite program which was deactivated (-Deac) in 1972.

CORONA was the nation's first photo reconnaissance satellites, operating from August 1960 until May 1972. The program was declassified at the request of the Central Intelligence Agency in February 1995. The Index of the Declassified CORONA, ARGON, and LANYARD Records are available.

I think Corona was old comms network that has been used + shared with bad actors and probably interfaces with the BHO network in NK. Zuma was one of new ones they have deployed to enable the white hats to operate without intel by black ops.
