I take this to be Q asking how's the weather in Russia, or wherever he is now that's cold. (could he have been extracted?). Or maybe asking him to come in out of the cold like "The Spy Who Came in from the Cold."

So, according to this last drop. It seems that Alaweed was released from custody in Saudi so he could help take down his network. He set them up in his building in Shanghai. We got that raggedy man working on our side.

I hope he isn't burned. Well, he would have to be if Q just gave him up.

According to my calculations, Q seems confident about next week and a big takedown. Maybe Alaweed info helped.
