I don't know, LJ, but it is possibly a reference to the Communist Revolution in 1917 Russia. And that was certainly Obama's and possibly the Deep State goal in the U.S.

There is also a reference to other stuff but I just can't make a connection there.

A final note, when Q says expand your thinking, I can't imagine he means think of an old movie or a piece of malware. That's not very expansive.
