I don't see how the Red revolution would be connected in this context.

It is more plausible to believe that, after we took down some of their black sites, that some of the enemy may have or is attempting to be, or intel has been captured. In essence, "Red Octobered."

That said, I am not sure how Q would mean it in the context of that release.

Note that the text of that release speaks of a Clown (CIA) takedown of black ops locations...not a takedown by the white hats.

Perhaps, Red October, the communist revolution in Russia it might refer to, also refers to 0bama and HilLIARy's 16 year plan to take down America. That would have been the ultimate in stealth revolutions.
