“depletion” is an interesting term and most notable when Trump used in the infamous tweet about Kim Jong Un and who had the “bigger button” - read that tweet again, in the middle, he referred to NK as “depleted” - which I interpreted to mean that “WE KNOW” their mountain test site imploded and spread radiation to China.
