Russian investigators say the crew of the airliner that crashed Sunday near Moscow did not report any technical problems before the disaster.
The Saratov Airlines regional jet was carrying 65 passengers and six crew members when it went down a few minutes after takeoff from Domodedovo Airport on Sunday.
Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said: It has been found out that no reports about technical malfunctions were received from the planes crew.
State news agency Tass reports that one of the An-148 planes recorders has been recovered from the snowy field where the plane crashed, but did not specify if it was the voice or data recorder.

Putin would not be pleased that bad actors feel free to operate in his Russia without his knowledge. A hard to read player with KGB background, Putin certainly would have no qualms removing bad actors especially if it would lead to positive chits in the international game of life. Wonder if he is on the ‘Batphone’ to DJT as we speak? Could get very interesting very quickly.
If Putin finds players uninvited in his baliwick the deep state may have inadvertently upped the timetable globally! Anyone watching Putins reaction(s)?
