People find Confederate names and statues offensive. I find Obama and any reference to him offensive. What about how I feel sometime? I would NOT ALLOW my child to go to a school with OBAMA’s name on it ... I would move.
How about “The Obama School of Misinformation”.
I guess Clarence Thomas Elementary was already taken?
What’s with “Day-Ochoa” as a choice? Why did they put these two unrelated people together as a name choice?
There’s an Obama school in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
No word though, on whether attending a school named for Obama, has helped the academic achievement of the mostly black student body of Obama school.
Great name! Not as famous as he should be, but when you win a war, you don’t have to publish history about one of your generals being kidnapped from the middle of a Union stronghold.

I know better... I used to live about 15 minutes from the High School in Alexandria that changed it's name.
