Wasn't there a recent "Q" post alluding to pending DDoS ?!?!

Widespread outages reported all day but nothing in the news? The AT&T outage map - when it finally comes up - I was struck has outages in places where there are Clinton Foundation investigations though that also overlays big cities with routers + switches that would be targets of DDoS ... but interesting given what transpired last night (reports of chatter & chaos in DC and then the police + ems scanners for DC on broadcastify were then "offline")
