I’ve seen several of them play this exact same gig on other “controversial” topics. Exact same, except on the Q threads they’re worse; except one was just this bad on the 0b0la research threads a few years ago. One of the main ones on the Q threads wasn’t around then unless it is a retread.

There's really something quite virulent about the psychology of such contrarian, OCD, RAD afflicted, perverse, self-righteous, perfectionistic, rock throwing, prissy, haughty, ... blatherers.
Therapy might be helpful but I doubt most would cooperate even if they were drug into it.
I wonder how most of them handled their teenagers--probably very conflictedly. Or, they altered their approach with their teens dramatically--doubtful they could, though.
