As a matter of law, and of human decency, the presumption of innocence, sometimes referred to by the Latin expression ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat (the burden of proof is on the one who accuses, not on one who denies), is the principle that one is considered innocent unless proven guilty!

All I said is that lack of PUBLIC evidence is not proof of innocence, and the statement about innocent until proven guilty is legal, and anyone anywhere is free to post, write or speak opinions on this or any other matter without violating any laws.
