A personification of something as powerful as the idea of personal liberty is not nothing. It is as iconic as the idea of the people as sovereign. America’s first revolution was based on that idea and the passion was fanned by the anonymous pamphlets of Paine and Franklin and others. This is the second American revolution and Q are the pamphleteers.
Franklin signed his communiques to the people with evocative (and slightly silly)pseudonyms, even invented elaborate backstories for them that drew people in. That technique is essential to capture attention so you can transfer information and ideas.
The individuals who collectively are Q know their history.
