Some of the pole allowed to enter lack the security clearance associated with that particular SCIF. Who allowed them to enter?

I think this action, entry by unauthorized persons, is common based on perceived rank, e.g., being a Senator. But for this entry, there is also a question of future leaks to/in the press, likely in the next day or two.
