President Trump's strategic brilliance is demonstrated on another level by his patient insistence that Congress discover much of the evidence on its own -- evidence that Trump already knows. The case must be airtight. When the hammer falls, a broad base of the public and all three branches of government will see irrefutable evidence of the corrupt conspiracy that nearly stole our country. The plotters won't be able to portray themselves as victims, or President Trump as a dictator. Trump is not only brilliant; he is wise.

Also they need to do a change of venue.
If they pick the jury in the DC-Northern Va area I don’t think they can get a convictions on those two no matter the evidence!
I have no evidence for this, just wishful thinking, but this could explain Session’s lack of public action.
Just let the case build & let public opinion turn against them.
