It’s already being done on border jumpers. For some time now. (biometric data)
And now we have people sending off their DNA to people they don’t know. And paying them, too. SMH
And then India collecting biometric data on 1.2 or 1.3 billion people. For welfare, they say. Of course it would never be used for anything else. /
