I submit cell-phone-pay and/or biometric/implanted chip (maybe even scanning cards) is already here. This first commercial came out in 2007. These systems are being implemented. That’s not tin-foil, I know someone who has been through them overseas (he didn’t say how he paid though - I must ask him). Thumbprint pay is already here (in a few places). Biometric, essentially, right there. A few stores already had them years ago.
