Right, but if they can’t get their business done in the HIC, it has to go to a broader vote, which would take more time. True. The guy on Judge Janine (I think) was a member of the intel committee (I think) and he seemed sure the committee vote would pass. I can't see any repubs voting against it.

I just caught a segment on Fox and Friends in which Sara Carter was saying that (if I heard her correctly) the committee would pass this motion to release the FISA memo and it would be sent to the President, who had 5 days to signify his approval.
At that point, the FISA memo will be released.
She was confident that it IS going to be released.
